You have to react to what you see on the pitch and in the performance 22:05 - Nov 23 with 1213 viewsunstableblue

Wycombe was excellent, Oxford was pretty good, Sunderland was strong but we threw it away

Tonight was completely unacceptable, albeit Rotherham were excellent across the park and deserve promotion which they will achieve - they were technical, energetic, organised and ruthless

Back to the model:

- have the better quality players who are settled and confident - feck off… Clements (bless him), evans, Penney, Chaplin, Toto were awful… eclipsed in every position apart from Fraser, Celina and Edmundson
- have the greater desire and energy - feck off, maybe only Edmundson, maybe bonne… everyone else were like rabbits on the headlights… this felt like Bolton after the promise
- have the better tactics, system of play, technical set-up… again this is back to Bolton, and worse there is no patterns of play to free bonne, overload wide, no stretch, no breaking the lines, this buck lands squarely with Cook

Really bad night, really bad, massive pressure on cook and rightly so

Thrash Crewe and then get something from the Valley… but as you can see from the model… we are miles off it currently

So gutting

@packoutpr is massive

We have to thrash Crewe

Jeeze we need a left back though

A competent manager is more of a priority.

I'm one of the people who was blamed for getting Paul Cook sacked. PM for the full post.

Funny how we can see totally different games.

Tot did nothing wrong, and made no more howlers than Edmunson.

Fraser was anonymous and slowed everything down painfully.

Toto was just slow, lost and lacked any desire to bring the ball forward, or pass with pace… Edmundson was getting frustrated with him

Fraser kept the ball, was classy on the ball, and set up our best moves of threat in their box

No one was good though… it was shocking

Yes Wycombe and Portsmouth were very good but also helped by both goalkeepers having absolute howlers although we played well on the nights.

Can't see us getting anything at the Valley to be honest, we seem to be getting worse as other teams work out what we will be doing, absolutely what we will be doing.

No chance of Phil getting a ban now, regardless of team we will do exactly the same thing so team sheets are barely going to matter to the opposition now.

No idea when I began here, was a very long time ago. Previously known as Spirit_of_81. Love cheese, hate the colour of it, this is why it requires some blue in it.

Give this squad to Warne and we win the league at a canter

Beat Crewe and all our home wins this season will have been against the current bottom 4. Not exactly inspiring.

4 points from 15. Chance we will be 16 points of playoffs very soon with games in hand played by others.

We’re currently closer to relegation zone than playoffs.

It’s not good.

Thrashing Crewe is very much the definition of papering over the cracks

I should add that the PR crowd was as bad a Penney's cameo on 22:57 - Nov 23 with 809 viewsunstableblue

The complete lack of support added to the lethargy and directionless nature of the Town performance

Probably because most people can see we're miles off it and don't have a hope in hell's chance of promotion this season with Cook in charge.

Also Fraser was rubbish, but that was mainly down to Cook. Playing him on the left meant Clements was completely exposed both in defence and attack. It's no surprise most of their threatening play came down that side.

I doubt he'd do that. He's a massive Norwich fan!

Short term pain for long term gain - it might be good if Crewe somehow batter us on Sunday.
