If its that black and white, why was he found not guilty in court of law? |
Because they have a very high burden of proof and the experts who said it was clear he'd used the words "f**king black c**t" to Anton Ferdinand couldn't say anything about the tone or context. That meant that as implausible as Terry's defence was, they couldn't meet the burden of proof of beyond reasonable doubt. The FA went with balance of probabilities, which is the standard that tends to be used outside criminal proceedings, and found his defence to be completely implausible. The racism is obviously the big issue in there, by an absolute long shot.
The rest of the stuff could almost be aimed at any one from that generation of top footballers - be it affairs, assaults, bad behaviour when drunk etc......they were the first generation of famous footballers with serious cash to burn and the tabloid generation. |  |

Did you trawl their forums at the time to see what the reaction was from their black and Asian fans?

But seriously he is a racist, team mates Mrs sh@#####g, my dad gives private tours round Stamford Bridge for which he charges and no the money doesn't go to the club because they're not aware of it until it appears in the paper, jail bait chasing (wasn't it a 17 year old lass in the back of his BMW so not quite full Adam Johnson), absloute gob$###e of man.
Other than that I'm sure he's a good bloke.

I didn't say it was black and white. I just pointed to some evidence that suggests he's a racist - namely the video of him shouting "You fcking black c*nnt" at a black player.
