Indices, shirley.

'Indices' tends to be used in specific mathematical and statistical contexts. The plural of the index is otherwise indexes.

Americans think 'healthful' is a word. That is no defen(s)e, sir.

'Acclimate' is another one of theirs. Because 'acclimatise' is too difficult.

Not quite. Plural is conundrums, reason being conundrum is an English not Latin word. It was a made up word made to sound Latin but is defo of English origin.

No different from Valencia's stadium.

But my question to anyone watching the NFL is "Where has Jason Bell gone?"

And is there any link between him disappearing and the fact that he was so excitable and physically restless a few minutes earlier that Neil Reynolds asked him if he needed the toilet?

Geography - it’s usually quite warm - or indeed quite cold which franchises embrace as part of their identity. Also the designs often factor in the franchise identity - hence the wierd low stand at the Buccaneers which housed a pirate ship firing a cannon when the Bucks scored - or the arrowhead element to the chiefs impressive design

My guess is that Jason Bell is possibly recording the BBC NFL highlights show with Osie today so doing Sky for the second game might not be an option. Just idle speculation.

I like Jason Bell’s enthusiasm. I really enjoy his BBC programmes with Osie and Dan Walker.

I thought the customer was king in America? Paying a lot of money to sit in the p*ssing rain is hardly customer friendly...

I like the NFL, but the pictures of fans sitting freezing in Soldier Field in Chicago for over 3 hours in sub zero temperatures does make me question people's sanity.
