The knack is making sure we get the ones who will perform in our team instead of ones who have done it in a different role elsewhere. |  |

I've felt all season that there's something lacking. We just don't have enough players who can score or create goals, and if you don't have that natural instinct, I think it's difficult to coach it. Even in the early Cook days, when Bonne was scoring for fun, we didn't create that much. I'm sure McKenna realises this, and will want to acquire more incisive players. I’m not sure the system works, feels very unbalanced we create nothing through the left side, and little centrally it all comes right side. For me two central mids and two attacking mids means midfield attack link up breaks down too much.
Hopefully left side is as easy as a new face in the door |  |

Yes exactly that, we were expecting him to run away with the league with new players and we overlooked the worrying signs. There are plenty of worrying signs for me with the new manager too. |
I saw the worrying signs with Cook and said as much at the time. Don't see the same problem with McKenna at all. |  |

I’m unsure about him although he started well but we do fail to have any killer instinct in front of goal he picks the side and said the strikers he had were good enough but they haven’t been. |
