We've had some awful managers in recent years, but who do you dislike the most? on 20:10 - Jun 1 by PJH
Obviously MM was not an awful manager and therefore should not be included under that heading.
Of the five awful managers listed, although I think Hurst still qualifies as the worst (just) I would say that I definitely dislike Cook the most.
I thought that he was a tw*t very soon after he arrived here and nothing during his time here or since has changed my opinion.
Are you going to be at PR this season? I'm finally getting to go back out into the wider world next season in the Pioneer stand and have to buy you a tea sometime.

I will be there but I drink coffee rather than tea, thank you, but do not drink anything at football- the bladder you see.
I think the last time that I had a pint at football was when my son and myself had seats in the Directors Box, a prize I won via Blues Foundation and we had a pint beforehand and from about twenty five minutes into the game I was longing for halftime so that I could go for a slash.
I know that I did not have to wait until halftime but I wouldn't want to miss any of the football would I?

All were old-fashioned supremos, and all (with the possible exception of Jewell) sooner or later exhibited that grinding self-reliance which got them the job, but then lost it for them.
With everything that's come out about the way Evans was running the club I don't think he did as bad a job as most people think (still bad though!). But the way he spoke to the local press and in particular the way he treated Phil was unforgivable.

Ta. First time I’ve read this. As character assassinations go, it’s pretty comprehensive. Nice one Pablo!! On his day, Counago was worth the entrance money alone. I liked him.
Keane? It’s not the first time I’ve heard the word coward levelled at him. His behaviour over the years as a player to the current day suggests to me he was just that. He retains my vote as the one I dislike the most and rate the least.
And to think Sunderland fans, including my mate, were clamouring for him to return when Lee Johnson was fired.
