Yorkshire have been horribly mismanaged this year with their overseas recruitment which has been dreadful. Rauf did ok but a lot of duds in there. No idea why they didn't try and pick up an overseas bat for the last few rounds as they ended up with an inexperienced and weak top 6 by div one standards.
Losing Brook to England really upset the batting. Bairstow and Root hardly play however Malan missed games when he might have been available - wouldn't be surprised if he now retires from red ball with his test career almost certainly over and a few injury niggles creeping in. | | | |
