No one cheered louder than me when Johnson threw in the towel. But this person should no longer have a job with a news broadcaster which has to be seen to be impartial.

I’d have said the same had her laughter been at the expense of Corbyn.

I saw it myself Glassers. I bet you didn't watch the full thing before you excitedly posted your OP did you?

Yes she does say that - she acknowledges she's been unprofessional - but she's naturally laughing at a joke told by the journalist who said Johnson's ego is so big he probably thinks he can be king of the world and will win the US election in 2024. However funny you think that is, it's understandable that someone could laugh at that. And it doesn't mean she's dissing Boris herself.

You went in hard with your OP, got embarrassed by the responses on here THEN watched the full show, but still decided to double down because she said the word "impartiality". Embarrassing.

It's the age-old tory approach to anything BBC.

Where a quiet word in the ear from a more experienced colleague is appropriate, they go in, studs up, demanding sackings and maximum press coverage.

Meanwhile the massive number of equally or more valid claims of BBC bias from the left are dismissed with the nonchalant "Oh, we get lots of complaints from the tories, so we must be doing it right if we upset both sides ...".

I suspect that word went out from CCHQ and the footsoldiers sent out the message to their designated social media outlets ...

"I'm not a member of the tory party, but have you seen this ..."

....obsessed.

I bet you have dreams (or should that be nightmares) about GB don't you?

For a grown man, assuming you are, it's pretty embarrassing.

I did see the whole clip. SA the latter clip where I've directly quoted her.

She didn't say she's been unprofessional. She admits to breaking impartiality rules.

It's laughable that you are attributing words that she didn't use in order to support your view, whereas I am attributing words that she actually did use to support mine. Tat you have to do that already shows you are on shaky ground.

Anyway, I'm not going to change your mind and vice versa.

I have this obsessive weirdo on ignore mate. I've had too many late night unsolicited abusive PM's from him and could do without the hassle.

It's like looking outside your bedroom window at 3am and seeing some weirdo stalker standing by the lampost waiting for you.

Lol. Of the many many comments questioning his judgement on this, guess what? He picks the one he's obsessed with. He never has a response beyond the ad hominem attack.

Still, well done for being sent out to defend your leader.

Ask your master to respond to BDS's polite query whilst you're running errands.

I asked if you saw the full clip before you posted your OP. A bit different to whatever you posted later.

What she actually says is "I'm probably breaking some impartiality rule by giggling" - that's not admitting to breaking impartiality rules, and I'm pretty sure most people (including you) can see the distinction.

Nice try.

The truth is there's nothing to see here.
You got excited by the edited clip on twitter and are now doubling down, when in reality the worse she's done is laugh at someone else's joke. And you think she should be sacked for that?! FFS.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Yes. I saw the full clip, the shorter clp and the later clp before posting. IMO, and hers, she has broken impartiality rules.

Look we can but this one back and forward all day but we aren't going to agree. I don't know about you mate but I can't be arsed with ten pages of the pair of us repeating the same thing.

It's good to disagree.

I find it quite unsettling when posters belittle another poster by ridiculing their personality in the way in the way you have. It’s a bit bulky boy like - I’m not going to reply to the points raised in a public forum but I will attack him personality.

There is a reason that I can't see the last few posts on this thread.

People are free to disagree with my op. 90% of posters have. It's the weird obsession from some that's the issue.

Life is too short to have these people in my life even for one second.

“There is a reason that I can’t see the last few posts on this thread.”

Indeed. It’s because your smeary narrative has now completely unraveled thanks to the Forde report and by the additional primary source evidence Al Jazeera uncovered.

I’d be embarassed too.
