You saying everything she said in that bog isn't true? Dream on Labour will be more of the same just different faces.

Bog is a beautiful typo as that link stinks and is spattered with sh1t.

As I said, if you knew who she was you'd not be pretending she's a finger on the pulse commentator. You couldn't pick a "lefty" more delusional and disconnected from the reality of the Labour party if you tried.

To be fair, the average Corbynite would appear to actively prefer a far right Tory government in charge than a vaguely soft-left Labour one.

I don't get it.

It's like wanting chips for your tea, but only mash is on offer, so you'll scrape a turd off the street and eat that instead.

What is it about the renationalisation of public services, proper funding of the NHS and restributive wealth policies that you hate most?

"Soft-left"!!? LOL

You're as deluded as a Brexiteer. I suppose Starmer and Streeting aren't in the pocket of private US healthcare donors either?

You mean immigration policy indistinguishable from the Tories, the current version of hard Brexit, continuation of austerity, below inflation wage rises, to the right of Tories on crime and punishment, anti-nationalisation and cosying up to right wing media isn't soft-left? Well I am stunned.

Took 6 hours before the attack mob started. With regards your usual auto type stock comment, I do not like any of that, just pointing out what do you think will change with Starmer?.

I'm hoping for considerably less bigotry, corruption, incompetence and open criminality from government for starters.

And stop whining about 'attack mobs' Yet again, you were blatantly fishing for responses and got them. I thought you devil-may-care anti-wokists could handle banter and Telling It Like It Is?

Just so we’re sure about who is “disconnected from the reality of the Labour Party”.

Starmer is the Arran Lee-Barrett of politics. I really want him to do well, but whenever he gets a chance to show what he can do it ends in disappointment.

Nah, Corbyn is Paul Scholes. Criminally overlooked while other less effective players were lauded as world-beaters.

Oh and if Paul Scholes had also been accused of and lied about as an antisemite/terrorist/communist/Britain-hater/puppy-strangler etc. And no-one even talked about the actual football.

English voters will continue to vote to make themselves and their neighbours poorer. It's quite bizarre.

Yeah, especially considering his “mates” in Labour HQ and the PLP were by far the nastiest and least supportive.

The right-wing press is always going to have a pop. Just never realised the modern Labour Party would too. Over the years it’s essentially become yet another centre-right establishment-focused party jockeying for position with the Lib Dems and the One Nation Tories. And able to go even further right just like the Tories on the economy and populist issues like immigration and the military.

What a time to be alive.

Saw a post on Facebook today.

Keir Starmer is leader of the Labour Party. The leader of the opposition is Mick Lynch.

You don't like the style but the content is fine? The whole thing is a hysterical load of nonsense and purposefully misrepresents Starmer's words https://www.lfi.org.uk/israel-is-not-an-apartheid-state-says-keir-starmer/

If you follow the links through like I did you'd see he's the type of lawyer who gives his members' official view, yet is quoted on it being his own.

But, then why would Starmer need to be careful of not appearing antisemitic both personally and as pillar of his leadership?

I agree very little between the parties really., much less than they would have you believe.

Glad Starmer is purging the Momentum tw@ts but it's not going to be enough to win my vote.

Nor can I vote for a Tory party that raises taxes after paying millions not to work for a year and a half. What a disaster.

Not sure where I go from here. Reduced to drawing phalluses on my ballot I guess.

I followed the links too and yours is a specious, wriggly “point” when he has rejected the apartheid comparison made by Amnesty and other human rights/anti-racism observers out of hand.

That’s his and his party’s position, not the members’ position. https://www.wrmea.org/israel-palestine/labour-party-declares-israel-an-apartheid

And what has legitimate criticism of Israel to do with antisemitism? You’re making a dodgy and borderline antisemitic conflation at the end there.
