It's been interesting to read the comments on recent BA threads, that suggest that there is a real difference between the club's public messaging regarding creating an atmosphere, and the way in which they treat BA's attempts to create said atmosphere.

When I was reading up on the English Ultra scene yesterday, I noted that the Holmesdale Fanatics took 'strike' action against the lack of assistance/cooperation that they received from Crystal Palace.

Is this something that BA might consider if the club, as it seems, continue to refuse to work with them in a constructive manner and, instead, pay lip service to trying to keep them onside?

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.

NO sorry...you were actually moaning about a blocked spectators view by the waving of flags not just strike action

But that's not a moan aimed at BA. It's an opinion an open one due to the OP being on a public forum which you keep forgetting. Could be BA. Could be a 60 year old who likes to wave a flag.

You don't have to currently go to games to know or share a view that a person has the right to watch the game without any restriction of view.

" You don't have to currently go to games to know or share a view that a person has the right to watch the game without any restriction of view. "

No I agree BUT it certainly gives the argument some credence

As for ME " keep forgetting " , I'm very mindful that this is a PUBLIC forum but it seems at times that YOU seem to forget the fact and you carry on as this is a "Frimmers Forum"

I'm usually quite easy going for the most but you really are making this forum ( of late not all the time ) very difficult to visit .I'm all for frank and open discussion but it seems this past while you as an individual revel in being "spikey" and creating some sort of siege mentality

I'm really all for adverse opinions , I realyl am BUT crying out loud , just lay off for a bit

You are aware that most of the replies from me are to posters like yourself who dive in to claim what can and can't be posted on. You then bemoan when the thread ends up having further replies from me.

Your first reply has resulted in 6 further posters which to be honest didn't need posting but were because you felt its Your place to say who can post what and when.

I think given he’s at the centre of so many conversations that would make the board very hard to read!

Well we’ve not really chatted but I have enjoyed your contributions in the past so it is sad you’re not enjoying being here. I’d sooner hear more of what you have to say and less of what Frimmers has to say to be honest.

This thread is hilarious. Never seen such uproar over something that can only be seen as a positive - I was in section 6 on saturday and there was two altercations I see but to pin it on the entire BA is laughable.

IMO - SBR lower is where you stand and be vocal to watch a game. If you want to sit and enjoy the football sit somewhere else. If you dont like flags in front of your eyes, then BA need to work together with EVERYONE and the club to have a full section of participants.

Besides all of this - UP THE F*KING TOWN

"...and the club to have a full section of participants"

I think that's likely to happen whenever we next play Norwich.

It's not actually a public forum, it's own by Phil and Gav and they determine what is acceptable to post and whom can post based on their T&C.

you can view the forum without being logged in, therefore it's open to the public.
You do indeed have to be signed in to comment, and within that observe their T&C's which I do.
