Should I be able to sign in with old details, or do you HAVE to create a new account, and if so, are all your old details, family and friends, ticket purchases, team card points etc all protected and accessible, or do you have to start from scratch? I've tried all the saved login passwords etc, and keep getting an error.
I've also tried the 'can't remember your password' for both possible email addresses I may have made purchases from before, and it said it can't find that email address for some reason [Post edited 29 Jun 2023 13:43]

You need a completely new account, and having set my new account up yesterday, there isn't any other information on there (other than the fact I added my address in). |  |

I can still log into the ticketing site using my customer number and password, can't log into the main ITFC one with that the previous password for that though. |  |

Ah yes, I can do that... so all my purchases etc are there, but I thought I read somewhere that they're making it seamless to only have one login across all the site?! | |

I tried to create a new account today, but have never received the 2nd email you need to click on to activate your account.
I'm guessing it is broken somewhere or over-worked!

I went in to register today. To enter your date of birth it seems as though you have to start in a calendar on today's date and go back to your birth year by month.
For silver surfers like me with a wobbly index finger that will take me several months in itself.
