Good news though this is, it only puts us back in the position on the pitch that we were already in during the 2nd half of last season.

That's not a bad start, tho. We were the best team in the division from Hirst's first game on 14th of January to the end of the season.

If you take the table from Forest Green onwards, we were eight points clear at the top (having played fewer games than all of our rivals bar Plymouth and Bolton).
