The 13 was not correct. But mogga is correct. If 45 min half equals 13 mins that’s nearly 1 min per 3 mins played. Using the same Maths the 13 mins should of had another 4 mins added at least | | | |

I get what he is saying and is probably right, but I don’t think this added time is good for the game. You can’t be playing 15/16 mins added time every game just cause a player went down injured for 2 mins and the ball went out for a few goal kicks. Absolute shambles that, players are going to be in pieces further into the season and there’s going to be so many more injuries. | | | |

Yeah, I think Mowbray is saying if you're so strict in adding on time during the 45 of each half, then you need to do the same for injury time. When does it end? From his quoted comments on the BBC side it sounds like he thinks it's too much. | |

Time will be added when the following happens:
Goals and subsequent celebrations
Substitutions
Injuries and treatment time (if required)
Penalties (from moment of offence to the whistle for the penalty kick)

It’s completely unsustainable and a massive overreaction. And still a complete mystery how they come to such ridiculous amounts of time. We can’t be far away from a team scoring a goal in the 20th minute of added time. Absurd and clownish. | |
