10 games in and the top 6 is becoming quite clear 22:00 - Oct 4 with 6413 views | unstableblue | 1. Leicester 2. Town 3. Preston 4. Sunderland 5. West Brom 6. Leeds 7. Norwich 8. Cardiff 9. Hull 10. Saints Obviously Preston will drop out soon… definite. Suggest Norwich and Saints will replace them. Saints are beginning to win. And Brum and Boro should push up given quality. West Brom probably the other team to drop out. Sunderland for me look very good and are not too dissimilar to us in style, and let’s face it they dominated us in the opener at times. Leicester will just pull away, they’ve two 11s of better quality than most teams. And manager will further settle. I’d expect Leeds also to settle and get stronger. I do believe we can stay in the top 6; top 2 probably too much of a stretch. January business is a factor. [Post edited 4 Oct 2023 23:04]

You said the top 6 is becoming clear. 5th to 14th are separated by 2 points. But yes, no problem, I will take that bet.

He posts so much utter drivel. Why people still think we'll fade away is beyond me.

It might just be deliberate, but the great thing is that although I'm so used to typing it now that I do it 'accidentally' when I intend to visit that place, even so G**gle (or *uck*uckGo) knows exactly what I mean!

10 games in and the top 6 is becoming quite clear on 04:50 - Oct 5 by The_Romford_Blue | Yes. On the proviso that you will give me £150 if any of them miss out. Doesn’t matter which of the four. Could be any or all of them. |
This is one of the most exciting exchanges I've ever had on TWTD £150 a bit rich for me... but the original £20 I'm up for.. and am good for. I do think Leeds are the weak link!

Leeds still have a fair few players who believe they should have been allowed to leave in the window just gone due to their relegation. We're certainly going to be in the conversation for Top 6. I expect Leicester to be up by late March/early April.

Reminiscent of this time last year when we were 10/11 to win L1 and Plymouth were 14/1, despite them showing a sustained period of form in the previous season and impressing a lot against us at HP. Hopefully this post proves too much for Sunderland to overcome but they play some excellent stuff.
