There's a couple of potential draws that would be on TV I'd have thought, but two of them have replay involvement first.

Chelsea v Villa
Fulham v Newcastle
Then could be-
Sheff utd v Brighton (surely not even if it is premier league teams?)

Whilst you list the games Premier teams are going to play in, and ITV and BBC will be keen to show most of these, the ‘magic of the cup’ game is at Portman Road, and they love showing these
Especially as their manager is a character
