Gave a stupid free kick away, admittingly right up Leeds end of the pitch.

Then awful defending.

I hope theyre this rubbish in a week

Don't go all Leeds and start blaming Sheff Wed not playing the game.

We concentrate on our business. Tomorrow and nine games after that. It’s all about us. Nobody else.

Who cares what the others do. Not interested. They can play like 1970 Brazil or Barnstoneworth United (see Ripping Yarns) it’s irrelevant.

We can do this.

It was always game for hoping they'd drop some points rather than expecting it. The switch off 4 minutes into stoppage time was the turning point, very little in the game before that and if Leeds were having to really push second half that could have made it a different game. Wednesday looked poor though it has to be said, not as bad as earlier in the season but very little genuine quality. Their recent wins have come against fellow strugglers or midtable sides.

It was more wishful thinking that they would raise their game for the Derby. Still, a timely reminder they are crap just a week before we play them.

They'll somehow transform into 1970 Brazil at some point this week.

As others have said, definite wishful thinking on our behalf.
We were all hoping Barry "Barry" Bannon and his crew would do us a favour, but deep down we probably new they wouldn't.
We can't really rely on the hope other teams slip up. We've just got to keep doing our job.
Today is a tough tough fixture for us.
Whilst the autos are still firmly in our grasp, we also need to remain grounded and accept a 3rd or 4th place finish with 90+ points would be a remarkable return.

Distortion becomes somehow pure in its wildness.

I wasn't. I was reacting in real time to the second Leeds goal.

"Still, a timely reminder they are crap just a week before we play them."

Every cloud has a silver lining.

Wednesday's ball retention was shocking.
