Last week Ashton was on about being in every day, working on transfers/pre-season etc etc.
Given Kieran's work ethic, I can't imagine that will have changed much besides the interview prep/ interviews that he's going through.
With all this media coverage, it must be fairly awkward for everyone else in the office who for the large majority, won't know much more than us!
I know Ashton is a pro but this is not a normal situation. Poaching managers is fairly rare and even when it does happen, it tends to be pretty immediate as opposed to this rather uncomfortable drawn-out public auction that seems to be taking place.
