Walton will be fine. | | | |

Liam Delap on 18:29 - Jul 7 by Yallop2 | Was chatting to a Hull season ticket holder on holiday and he said Delap was the best striker they've had for years. Nice guy, knew his stuff so that's good enough for me. Sign him up! |
I can already see the facebook Town fans and their 'only 8 second tier goals' takes. Hopefully the fact we play with George Hirst up front and don't require him to be prolific means the majority understand the way we play is more than needing a 20 goal striker.

It certainly is. I thought we would spend about £60M in total, so surprised at some of the figures being thrown around. I like it, but I don't like it. For our first season back, I would prefer experience over youth, but I know nothing.

I think we will pick up at least a couple of experienced players free or cheap.

Liam Delap on 18:34 - Jul 7 by BlueOsterClub | So he was spotted on 4th July . It is him in the photo as well added to post today the 7th July. Could have been offered terms on 4th July which he excepted yesterday , medical today and signing announced tomorrow 8th July! Permanent or loan from Manchester City? He was only on loan at Hull. If permanent what do you think the fee will be? 5 million? |
Man City wanted 20m. | |

£20M? B0ll0cks to that. He is a good player, but we can't be spending that on an unproven lad at Premier League level. Hutch at £20M is a gamble for me, not sure we can take 2 of them.
