Why the vitriol? He has never said he is joining us, even if he he met and agreed terms, nothing was signed and afaik he has not bad mouthed us.
Ultimately just a young player opting to go back to a club he knows better, to work for one of the best managers in Europe based on the last few years at a club offering European football vs what would be a gamble on one of the best up and coming managers at a club who are tipped to face a relegation battle.
