Trouble with release clauses is that in most contracts, that fee is expected to be paid all at once.
I suspect Town would want to get a deal done at a similar fee, but in installments like most transfers are done. |  |

I would be very surprised if him and Lavia don't move away from Chelsea on loan this season, two very good young talents, I think a lot of the lower half PL teams would love to have them.
Can see Lavia going to Saints on loan.

Nope, I know his agent very well (same agent as Downes as it happens). We, like a lot of others, are pushing hard to get him on loan, the main positive for us is Kieran and the impact on Omari...the downside is the other clubs involved...but sounds like we have a really good chance. | | | |
