Leif has been fantastic for Town over the last two seasons. But he struggles in defensive situations against tricky wingers (eg last season away at Leeds and last Saturday V Mo Salah).
Why don't we try him as a left winger? Remember Gareth Bale started as a left back for Spurs (when they never won), they then moved him to left wing, and then he became one of the best strikers in the world. Now we have signed Conor Townsend, we can give him a game at left back and let's try Leif on the left wing. |  | | |  |

Not sure why this post has duplicated several times. However, Davis wouldn't work as a winger. Although his defending could be better his best work is with the whole of the pitch in front of him to run along whereas a winger works in shorter spaces and needs to be a lot quicker.
