Maybe all the staff are focusing on the Broja paperwork.... and Clarke has to wait his turn.
To be fair..... the Clarke situation went from 0% to 95% pretty rapidly. I was expecting a lot of 'will he, won't he' for the next week, but before we knew it he was having a medical. Not through the door yet..... but that was a stealth signing. | | | |

Possible knock on effect from Al Hamadi on loan, unofficially, being part of the deal for Clarke? If the move for Broja does become a non-runner, we don't want to have sent our #2 centre forward (while Hirst remains out injured) to Sunderland until the end of the season.
