Some good things, mostly out of our depth when the opposition turn it on, lots to work on, zero points. Would've been lovely to buck the predictions, but the evidence was pretty clear that it would go this way.
I'm sure we'll have a lot of 'season starts next week' posts, which is fine, but you'd have to say that right now Fulham are also way ahead of us as well. Not saying the whole season will be like this, but let's accept that every game is going to be a huge challenge - at least for a while.
Beating Fulham would be brilliant, but a point wouldn't be a disaster either - get on the board and keep learning.

I think it's good that Fulham showed how far we had to go in the cup meeting last season. There can surely be no complacency from any Town fan just because its not Liverpool/City.
Every point gained in this division will be hard earned.
I think McKenna is right in his pre-season assessment, with new signings bedding in we'll get better as the season goes on. |  | | |

I agree with you're first paragraph. The second is utter tosh and just ruins any point you're trying to make, you really don't help yourself. The majority of the team we've played in the first 2 games is made from the same players that have been with us since League One, so how can they be strangers? |  | | |
