I think this is our first "winnable" one. First one where I've gone for a win in the prediction league anyway. 2-0 Delap to hammer the first one home. But now I believe it might be Al Hamadi starting? I cant see that to be honest, Al Hamadi being picked before Hirst or Delap.

What does 'must win' even mean? If I'm reading this literally you're implying we won't stay up if we don't win tomorrow, presumably that's what 'must' means in this instance?

Clearly its a big game for both sides and would be massive if we win, but to suggest we must win it to achieve our objective seems absurd at this stage of the season.

I never get this stance.

You need to get points to stay up.
If we lose the last 10 league games but have accumulated enough from the first 25 to stay up then the hard work was done early doors.

Of course losing tomorrow doesn’t see us go down, but it would be a concern wouldn’t it

Often clubs have a “run” of good results. Fingers crossed that tomorrow starts it.

I get it...but it's a lie. There is absolutely no way you were t.neevous ahead of Liverpool. Surely everyone was.

This one feels important for sure.

I was borderline terrified for Liverpool and Man City.
I've been quite chill since then.
I'm nowhere near nervous about this one.

Nope, not at all, excited and hopeful, not nervous.

It wasn’t an occasion to be nervous about.

Not surprised as I too am nervous. So far we’ve had lowest possession, shots and passes!
We’ll be under pressure from the start with Southampton out to prove a point after last season. Need goals but where will they come from?

The only way we can come away with “points”… on 11:03 - Sep 20 by Bloots

….is to win.

Personally I think we need to win tomorrow. We can’t keep saying “a point will be OK”.

When does that attitude change? Not against Villa or WH I assume.

Spot on of course I would take a point but this is one of those games where we really could do with the win.
