For the first time since our promotion to the Prem, I think it would actually be damaging to McKenna to leave us.
Spurs need a lot of fixing but they think it’s only a simple fix. And ‘failing’ (Spurs expect too much) there on top of mixed success with us so far this season, has huge red flags all over it. I think McKenna would sit this one out until the end of the season. |

If I was KM I'd certainly look at the owner of Spurs and that would be a long hard look. Daniel Levy is no Gamechanger 20 he has starved Spurs of money for playing staff for years and whilst they have a superb stadium under Levy they will never win anything. There seems to be certain owners as with our previous one and Kenwright who owned Everton who are more a millstone than an asset. | | | |

I work with a Spurs fan and said that KM will be their next manager. Can't see why SitfcB has got down arrows. KM has unfinished business with Spurs and would relish the challenge. I reckon next summer it will happen. [Post edited 6 Dec 2024 19:20]

People mock Spurs, but they have the potential to jump to the very top table based on their revenue generation.
Only thing I think McKenna would want from them is a narrative of building up and giving him 3+ years to build the entire team up to the level that, financially they can and should have. I'm not sure the fanbase is patient enough though.
It's what I see with Amorim saying things like "Man U are a massive club, not a massive team". I think for the first time, Man U fans are buying into that narrative and I think McKenna would like that at Spurs. |  | | |
