As per RedX, League of Ireland, not Irish League. I have a friend who is the Irish footbal correspondent at a national newspaper and DD has done very well and is seen as a managerial star in the making. Wouldn't entirely surprise me if he was on Mark Ashton's radar as it's young up and coming managers that he likes to appoint.
