Musk wanting to oust Starmer on 13:20 - Jan 13 by SuperKieranMcKenna | The way he’s got people buying into his bullsh!t is quite impressive tbf. |
That’s easy. You just have to say racist things and there’s a whole network of people in the media and on social media willing to promote you. It helps when you own one of the main social media sites of course. | |

Musk wanting to oust Starmer on 14:42 - Jan 13 by Europablue | He wouldn't be where he is now without being a very impressive person. Whether people like him or not or what he says. It is undeniable that he is a very clever person. It doesn't hurt your argument against him to admit his talents. He has many flaws, but a balanced critique of the person will acknowledge both sides. |
He’s clearly a very good entrepreneur - rarely stays still and has a knack for spotting and exploiting opportunities. The problem is that he also comes across as a w@nker (edit - based on what I’ve seen anyway. For example, baselessly calling out that caver as a paedo; stirring up racial tension; letting vile stuff be posted on Twitter, etc). His daughter seems to agree. I’d be horrified if my kids turned out like him, even if they ended up as rich. Edited to give my reasoning [Post edited 13 Jan 18:26]

Musk wanting to oust Starmer on 12:51 - Jan 13 by Europablue | Whether you agree with him or not, I do think Musk has a genuine concern about freedom of expression and England is the birthplace of freedom of speech, although it doesn't exist here anymore. I don't think buying twitter was a business move, but why would the richest man in the world want more money? Wouldn't it be much more valuable to affect change in the way you see as more positive? You can certainly say that Musk's net worth will be positively impacted by having the ear of the most powerful man on Earth. |
What you say about Musk and his valuing of British freedoms is misguided in my view. He is spreading dangerous misinterpretations of facts for some bizarre egotistical gain. Strong sociopathic traits. What do you think of him calling the rescuer helping those stuck underground a paedo? He is promoting far right extreme causes eg in Germany. He blunders in not knowing half the facts and has no consideration for others he endangers such as Jess Phillips who is 100x the human being he will ever be. Thoroughly nasty unbalanced piece of work. I'm not going to get into more arguments with you as there were enough of those in 2024 but your track record as an apologist for these far right proponents of lies and violence is telling [Post edited 13 Jan 18:55]

Musk wanting to oust Starmer on 14:08 - Jan 13 by Europablue | How exactly is Ukraine going to finish the war, and how would they be able to continue the war without massive support mostly from America? Is it even moral to continue a war that is only bringing more suffering and death? It's not an easy decision, but Ukraine is not entitled to American and European support against the wishes of their people. |
Edited. What's the point? [Post edited 13 Jan 18:39]
