I'm hoping that the goalkeeper shirts go down a bit more in price again towards the end of the season as they're still a bit too pricey compared to the outfield shirts.

Personally it's been more miss than hit for me on the kit since they signed the original deal. The first home shirt was great and hasn't been beaten since, the blackout kit was nice but quite ambivalent towards the rest.
If I'm honest not overly keen on Umbro, the sizing of the kit is a nightmare, too tight around the arms and chest, bigger sizes mean they then look like nighties.
If it is another year and given the takeover, wonder if it will be Castore next season.

....of us gradually getting better at football has been the kits gradually getting worse.
I said this at the time, but obviously got shouted down.
Give me a decent Adidas "template" kit over this over complicated, self designed, Umbro tat any day of the week.

I think it's already been confirmed we will be wearing Umbro and not Castore next year.
After that it'll be whoever wants to pay us the most - I imagine we'll be able to ask for a fair bit more given our shirt sales the past few years.
I personally wasn't a fan of the Adidas templates last time. Nothing unique and nothing that memorable. Now Adidas Originals would be a different story altogether...

The first one was Bosnias kit, then we had a pinstripe/collar monstrosity followed by a woeful white-sleeve and chevron massacre, which they managed to beat still with the God-awful red striped/white sleeve thing we went down in. The only good ones they did were 2019-20 and 2021-22 and that's because they were basically the same shirt!

They were Bosnias kits though, and at least Bonia kpet them until 2016 where as we decided to rip our fans off with another terrible design the next season!

I thought Müller had more than a little 'Dougal McGuire' about him with some of the expressions. As you say, him and Völler seem to have very much raised the bar when it comes to footballers acting in commercials.
