2 x Arsenal (father and son)
2 x Argentina Messi
1 x Inter Miami Messi
1 x Ipswich (me, probably should have bought a size up)

Generally good, nice beaches and pools. The staff constantly trying to upsell you excursions and spa treatments gets old pretty quick. Food is good although not as good as we had in Dominican Republic last year. The one downside is the sheer size of the place, from our room to one of the beaches is a 20 minute walk. They do have a lot of golf carts which you can get a ride on but still, it’s a large property.

No issues with safety. It’s gated and they have security at main entrances. We did an excursion to Negril and it’s sad seeing what a state some of thr country is in. Roads are awful, people living in shacks, burnt out cars.

How is Hedonism apart from that ?

Those inter Miami Messi shirts are the half and half scarves of the 2020’s … I see many mostly worn by children.

Sorry to turn down the holiday vibe, but I'd totally forgotten about Ben Sheaf. What's his season been like? Was certainly highly thought of. We'll be in the market for a midfielder or three in the summer, and buying the best options in the championship might not be such a bad idea if you're, y'know, in the Championship. Which we might be next year. Possibly.

I was in Thailand recently and got very excited when I saw a couple of stalls selling knock off Town shirts. I was rocking the 92 Fisons home shirt for the Spurs game out there.

Negril is amazing, one of the best holidays I've been too. Beautiful place and the most amazing locals.

Was advised about going to Kingston though.

I stayed in the bar while my kids did it. They loved it despite the crazy swell at the bottom trying to get back up the ladder.

We are in the Mexico one of those in a couple of weeks… could you imagine if we’d walked down to dinner in matching Fisons red lace tops!

Did you use the app for restaurant reservations etc? And if so, any good?

We’re playing Bournemouth next week, in Dorset.

I’d recommend it to anyone.

Yea, the app is super helpful for making dinner reservations. Quick and easy. The steak house here was horrendous but the Italian place was great .

If you’re on the app check out what the kids entertainment club is called. Here it’s called the “pido party” and I’m not sure they’ve thought that through

Talking of shirts abroad. After more than 30 years traveling the world I've still never, ever seen a West Brom shirt poolside/beach/out & about. The only obvious club I've never seen.

Granted no one cares but I just find this mental!

Lol .. if you were in a Spanish speaking place I would have thought they were combining the word nido for nest used also as nursery/crèche over here and piscina for swimming pool.. pido … but as they’re heavily American influenced they probably didn’t realise the pronunciation was a problem for us English English speakers.
You do allow me to recall a memory from a menu in Varanasi in India …. Child juice 😱 ….. chilled juice was the intention … obviously I ordered one.

A new German Tui rep in Menorca was baffled as to why the brits were in stitches as he tried to upsell trips to the 'nonce house'.

I had a quiet word afterwards and told him the word he needed was 'convent'. His face was a picture when I told him what 'nonce' meant.

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.
