RIP Val Kilmer on 07:26 - Apr 2 with 500 views | Daninthecampo | I still listen to quite a lot of the Doors but still see Kilmers face! One of Oliver Stones best films. Sad news, good actor and played some good roles
RIP Val Kilmer on 08:55 - Apr 2 with 415 views | Mullet | Tombstone is another most associate him with, but it's Heat and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang for me. Absolutely superb when he had his demons in check.

RIP Val Kilmer on 09:18 - Apr 2 with 360 views | Pique | He had quite an odd career in many ways. Some fantastic performances and high points between the late 1980s and mid 1990s - Top Gun, Tombstone, The Doors, Heat. Even Batman Forever, while not a great film, was a huge success. And I still have a nostalgic fondness for Willow! Some real clunkers after that though - The Saint, The Island of Dr Moreau, Red Planet etc. Quite a difficult person to work with as well, apparently. Still, great actor from my childhood, gone too soon. RIP.
