I'm not one of those who thinks we're going to walk the league next season, but I also don't think we'll end up anywhere near Luton's position. I hope that doesn't bite me on the bum!
Our problem is that the players aren't good enough to play this way at this level or actually in any sort of way at the moment! However, that ought to be very different next season at a lower level. We shouldn't be on the back foot as much as we have been this season. | |

If you think your comment about walking the league applies to more than a tiny number then you need to wake up. There should be 2-4 fighting near the top next season, much like this year and last.
That said, no doubt you'd have been making the same remarks last season if a Burnley or Sheff Utd fan. The latter were significantly less competitive than we've been, 16 points and -69 GD. Those without the emotional baggage knew that both would be too good for most down there, and the same is true with us. The same was true for Leeds, Leicester and Southampton in the season before. | | | |
