I think it's more of a mistake than fraud. The seller does get a lot of signed shirts and a lot of them are gifted to be auctioned for charity. I think it's more about the John Wark signature than the shirt to be honest.
It's definitely not an original shirt though, as already pointed out.

It's listed as being original from the time and a piece of history though so it's not being listed as all about the signature.

That really is unbelievably out of touch to a) think that's a proper shirt and b)not check and be sure what you are selling.
