I thought that but wasn’t sure. I know they can do things like hair tests for historic use etc but wondered if the chaos of yesterday meant they’d have to treat this differently once he was carted off to the cells.

Sounds opportunist rather than premeditated to me. You'd have to be there as the ambulance was let through, so lucky rather than planned. Maybe he thought he could use the ambulance to take a short cut (especially as it sounds like he was on drugs).

Possibly. Sounds more like a series of horrendous judgements to me, but speculating does no good. Hopefully he gets a fair trial and fair sentence so that we avoid any of the conspiracy grifters getting their teeth into it.

I think the test for sniff is a mandatory blood test back at the station if arrested for other offences or there’s suspicion of. I don’t think someone can be tested roadside like they can in the case of alcohol.

I'm sure I saw on one of those "terrible driver" cop shows that there is a roadside drug test for cannabis. At the point they got hold of him they probably bundled him off for his own safety. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Listening to D Mob and following the bright lights like a spaced out moth. Probably freaked out cos he thought the Liverpool Bird was swooping down on him breathing red smoke
