Funnily enough Max Dowman was at Ipswich as a kid and then had to choose between Ipswich and Arsenal at u8s. Unfortunately with his dad being an Arsenal fan, he chose Arsenal 🤣

In a simar vein, second tier football didn't exist before the Championship apparently. Or at least that was the impression that was given earlier during Cov hitting seven, with lots of shouts of "eight is the record."
No it isn't. For a start off I can remember Man City sticking ten past Huddersfield, and a search in the record books show the record at this level is Newcastle beating Newport 13-0 in 1946.

I can't see him playing first team football regularly as he is still a growing child and there will numerous 'child protection issues' at professional clubs. He will possibly be prone to issues such as Osgood Schlatters, etc, so they will have to protect him from various injuries and from being clattered at such a young age. He looks a great prospect so I do not think he will play mens football every week... and he is English! | | | |
