Or the pace. His insistence on slowi g the move down when he gets it makes it look like he's trying to draw the fullback into him before skipping past him..........but it's an illusion. He just slows it down and does very little but lay it off, hang on to it until meekly giving possession away, through himself to the ground or put in a cross to nobody. Credit where it's due, he can track back and nick it occasionally and he scored two at Old Trafford (my dad could've scored the 2nd and the 1st was a cross). What's more, he is ruining Leif"s natural game to boot. |  |

Sky commentator was very complimentary about Philogene taking on a couple of defenders and beating them as he got to the byline and put a good cross in, they replayed it too. Not the only thing Philogene did well today, going to be interesting how him and Jack Clarke combine with the robust Azon, we will concede a few free kicks but we should see some punishing moves that result in goals. |  |

He slows the game down too much for me. Being used to seeing Hutch in full flight it is so frustrating to see Philogene recieve the ball and then stop, wave his foot about in fancy circels and then go backwards.
I'm sure there is a player in there but its not showing itself a the moment. |  |
