Amorim for the sack? on 18:11 - Sep 14 with 1077 views | TheBoyBlue | But then what? How many successful managers have to come in to Old Trafford and fail before someone realises it isn't actually the manager that is the problem?

Possibly, but in this particular instance, I do think the manager is very much the pressing issue.

Amorim for the sack? on 18:35 - Sep 14 with 852 views | skinnybob72 | As the manager of a mid table (at best) side he should be happy escaping the Emptihad with only a 0-3 loss. BTW, what the f&ck is a half empty home end at FT all about? It's a derby against your bitter rivals and the fans can't hang on to applaud their team? If we beat Nodge next month the place will be rocking at FT, nobody will have left before FT!
Amorim for the sack? on 19:07 - Sep 14 with 590 views | bluelagos | Not for me. He has a hell of a job to do, has been dealt a sh1t hand with a squad with a fair chunk of over paid prima donnas. Stage one to weed out the discontented players - which he seems to have done. He now has to mould those there to a functioning team. As poor as they were today, they were a lot more competitive than in some recent seasons - I think they are progressing. So can't see them getting rid until he's had at least 6 months with the current squad. Still struggling, can see him getting the boot in the spring - but not before.

Amorim for the sack? on 19:49 - Sep 14 with 257 views | MK1 | I think so. His system just isn't working. He is insisting on playing it, so his fault. The squad is looking pretty good, but they can't continue with the 3 at the back, when none of the players seem to know what's expected of them. Southgate would be a funny appointment.
