It's a zany concept. Would guess it only applies if less than half the match has been played.
The expense and logistics of putting on a ten minute game would likely be equal to a full replay, unless it was on the training ground behind closed doors. Plus the effect upon the calendar would be the same. |  |

They've failed to provide a surface that stood up to the rain, and its not for the first time at Ewood Park either. Manchester United managed it, Burnley did, Salford did, various others. All with similar weather and all managed to get their games complete this weekend.
Forget replaying the game, they should be forced to forfeit and be refunding our supporters while they're at it. Would you expect a refund if the film cut out 80% through at the cinema? I think you'd see it as a p take to suggest that's that, or that you need to travel back on a Tuesday night to watch the last 20 minutes. |  | | |
