Sky just called the latter ‘The Hollywood Derby’ so I’ve gone to find some bleach for my ears.

How do they survive on hundreds of millions of pounds coming in from Sky and from other advertisers keen to be associated with an established PL team? No idea whatsoever.

Bournemouth v Fulham on 08:34 - Oct 4 with 187 views | powinswitch | That is an entitled view. We were in division 3 just a couple of seasons ago. We deployed cash on a significant scale to move forward. Fulham and Bournemouth did what they did a decade or more before we did. Do you think they should end promotion and relegation?

Another Dubster mind meld. Was also going to post and what a brilliant manager he is. Yes went over to check the table and they are second! 4 wins 2 draws 1 loss in a league where the quality is so high He’s a manager of real quality, above Franks id say, in that pool of excellent managers from last term at palace, Brentford, Fulham, Brighton He is surely destined for a big step up in club soon Surely he craves a larger ground and club? Bournemouth v Fulham on 08:49 - Oct 4 with 137 views | Blue_Heath | Except it isn't, two teams that really we ought to be doing better than yet Bournemouth 2nd in PL with players like Semenyo and Kluivert. We can only hope to emulate what both sides have done in the next 5 years. Watched the last 30 mins and Bournemouth showed how to turn a 1-0 defeat around.

Yes, he's done a great job. I really liked the way his post-match comments after we beat them were talking about what they hadn't managed to do as well as he wanted them in the same respectful way that McKenna does.

Bournemouth v Fulham on 10:06 - Oct 4 with 50 views | Smoresy | It was reasonable to think Bournemouth would struggle after losing Zabarnyi, Huijsen, Kerkez, and Kepa, at least to begin with: close to the whole defensive unit leaving in unison, starters anyway. But somehow they may have even improved, very impressive.

I'm sure he's the next cab off the rank headed to Old Trafford, the Theatre of Doom.

The great thing about football is that fans can dream that one day their team could one day play in the PL and win stuff. However unlikely it seems and sounds, Mansfield v Chesterfield could one day become a PL fixture and Leeds v Everton could become a mid table championship match. Promotion and relegation is what makes football great - even if it means historically big clubs struggling and traditionally smaller clubs thriving.
