Just to dovetail onto this post......what are the chances Oxford gets to the 30 point mark? Allocation seems to be about 1700. |

So as I understand it, even when they have two drivers, the one not driving is still classed as working and so his taco counts.
So basically its like an hour off for every 4 hours driving....so they'll have 2 breaks of an hour I think.

Spoke to a lorry driver on this today - and he confirmed my understanding is right - albeit it's only 45 mins rest for 4.5 hours. Both drivers have to take the break even if they weren't actually driving. He thought it nonsense too, but thems the rules apparently.
