You just know O’Shea will be guaranteed a start Saturday despite what we’ve just seen

It’s not O Shea, hopeful punt foward and it’s one v one, shouldn’t be happening. Cajuste deciding to give up on a ball on the box, Akpom missing a header from 2 yards and hitting the bar keeper to beat 10 yards

The only Muff in Town.

Gelling a team would happen quicker without random rotation…so yeah he does have a point.

Azon and Kipre are classes above Hirst and Greaves, so at the very least, keep them starting.

I’d also happily never see O’Shea in a Town shirt again.

Agreed, O’Shea is the main constant during this atrocious period.

O'Shea will play because he's the captain.

I don't hold him in regard as highly as some, and he was to blame for the start of the downfall tonight. However, Greaves and Kipre together would not be a good option...........

Add to that Hirst 8 yards out can't do what a striker should dom McAteer clean through and trips over the ball. Walton running like a headless chicken round his box.

Akpom also completely gave up on tracking his man for second.

I'm not sure how a team who wants to get back to the premier league have ended up with Hirst and Azon as our only 2 strikers.

Just not enough goals there (at the moment anyway!)

I like oshea but he was poor tonight.

Problem seems to be he can't play with greaves. And greaves can't play with oshea.

I posted this on 30th August and it has aged like a fine wine

I also think defensive pairings should have one front foot defender and one back foot defender, Wolfie being a good example of a back foot defender and both O’Shea and Greaves being front foot defenders. I think Greaves’ best games for us have come next to Wolfy and I think that’s why!
