Play your best side only tinker if we have injuries.
If we play well and have a reasonable lead that's the time to make changes. Not when ur chasing the game. No more than 2 or 3 changes please.

Also, whilst I get your intent we also have to try and keep people fresh as much as possible. I agree in as Agee changes as possible. Not easy to balance really.

Although as I type this I remember BR saying to “always play your best team”

I actually dont agree, we need to maximise our sqaud and rest players as we have a very busy schedule coming up.

We will need everybody for this winter period.

Thing is, on Saturday we played QPR away. Tonight we play Watford at home.

Watford and QPR will present different challenges and have different weaknesses, we should tailor our team to reduce one and take advantage of the other.

And we know that Philogene, for example, is better at home and has gone missing a bit on the road this season, and Egele is still very young and we want to keep him fresh.

There will be changes and sound reasoning behind them.

If you ever read any of the team predictions on here none of us can agree on our best side so obviously he will pick the best side for the job in hand, but it won’t be the same as 80% of us.

Plus, any manager who genuinely listens to what us idiots on here have to offer deserves to lose their job.

It's good that he has you to advise him, Cressers.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Literally Mick McCarthy in his play off season had a RSS feed on my posts for team selections, tactics and transfers.

My post history proves this…

Those days are gone. The game is too fast and physical to play the same team game after game. Got to keep the squad match fit.

KM plays the long game. Needs whole squad happy and dialled in to make most of our squad strength versus others.

He won't change his philosophy on it. Relax.
