International break the ideal time to get a new man in. I do hope I'm wrong but I feel Agent Manning's mission may be over!

I'd say its almost certain he'll be sacked now. Pity, he was doing a great job.

Agree. Ill be very surprised if keeps his job after this latest defeat. Shame, but admirable work Agent Manning. Time to extract him. His cover may have been blown.

Hard not to feel for him and it feels cruel to keep him in post at this stage. Barely a year since a horrific event in his life and the toxic atmosphere around that club can't be a good place to be right now.

I dont know, kind of feel if they were going to make the break they'd have done it already.

But no doubt they'll do it just to spite me now 🤣

I genuinely want him to do well. His story puts football (and all the fan nonsense) into a bit of perspective.

Need to keep the faith.

I would say now would be a great time to offer him a 4-year contract extension on improved terms.

The flip side of that is whether changing manager would prevent that.

Their problem is they just arent a very good team, there's little a new manager can do about that. Take last weeks defending calamaties that's not something the manager told them to do is it, so how does a a new manager turn them around to say actually stop stupidly suicidal defending there and do your jobs properly, because im sure that's exactly what the ex manager was telling them to do.

A plucky draw against a parachute team may have kept him in the role sadly

Unfortunately it will. A better manager than Manning will easily get them to finish mid table.
They’ve some reasonable players, they’ve had a pretty poor manager however.
