There was a video on Twitter somewhere, taken from above, of the Town fans celebrating at the end. Such a relief.
My favourite bit of the day was waiting outside, waiting for a friend, and just the shared celebrations, both with people I know and assorted random fans, a couple of kids in wheelchairs wanting to high-five everyone they passed.
I was watching it with my spurs supporting FIL and I was bricking it for most of the second half that we would throw it away.
As hard as last season was at times, I maintain that I have more positive memories of last season than I do from the start of the 15/16 season until McKenna's appointment.

Hope someone has the video to hand, was quality. The noise we generated that afternoon was superb.

He had 2 games like that. Think the other was Brighton away if memory serves.
Unfortunately his ability to have regular brain fades was just too much.
Yeah it was Brighton, probably one of the best ITFC GK performances ever.
In truth I don’t think he ever recovered from the Man City game fanbase wise, I still think Walton should’ve started that one as well and that Muric should’ve been saved for a game or two later perhaps.

One of the best. We were so good that day. Was great to see town fans dotted all over the ground after the final whistle too.
I was taken there by my Spurs supporting now son-in-law as a sort of Xmas treat. He also took my daughter & my son & e had club level seats with complimentary food & drinks. My daughter diplomatically wore a half & half scarf (yes, I was surprised to find there is a place for them). I expected us to get thrashed so a great day out.
Great day as already said, and a result the team deserved for being largely competitive for a lot of the first half of the season.
Looking at the results around then we had the Brentford 4-3 where we could/should have won, Leicester at home with the ludicrous Phillips red/Chaplin penalty and then Man United at home after Spurs where we were the better team.
May all of not been enough of course but a few more points from that run and perhaps that crushing home week against Palace and Bournemouth doesn't happen.

Yes, confidence or belief in professional football is hugely important & that was partly responsible for our second successive promotion. Unsurprisingly, our belief ebbed away in the second half of the season & we usually could be reasonably competitive until we conceded a goal & then we looked like beaten men. I think there's been a hangover of this to deal with this season, but hopefully we've turned the corner with a couple of thumping away wins.

Snap. My Spurs supporting son-in -law got me a ticket in the home end. Great win but sitting on my hands for an hour and a half was, somewhat, uncomfortable. My Spurs supporting grandson was with us. They did take it in good spirit, but. it was most satisfying two hour drive home.

Yes, it's a bit too easy to forget how competitive we were for much of the first half of last season because we weren't, especially at home, over the last three months. We definitely still had a chance at the start of this year.
And totally agree that that run in as a big contributing factor to us starting slowly this season.

The sliding doors moment was definitely Jack Clarke hitting the post at Fulham.
Ever the optimist I’m pretty confident things would’ve been a little different had we won that, back to back win, confidence on the up… ah well.
