is it lenient? ten and half years is a serious sentence befitting a very serious crime. the max sentence under the bribery act is ten years, and the judge has gone beyond that by deciding that for two of the offences the sentences won't run concurrently. it's a very serious offence, but ten and half years doesn't seem disproportionately low to me. |  |
