| Premier Lounge/Directors' Box 12:08 - Dec 19 with 1035 views | Zx1988 | Has anyone done this before, and can give me some clarity on the dress code? I've booked a couple of tickets for the Blackpool game as a Christmas present, but the dress code is disconcertingly vague. It states smart/formal with the expected list of 'no go' items, but doesn't really clarify on jacket/tie, and the ticket office didn't know either! Is the club still fairly old school when it comes to the interpretation of smart/formal; requiring a jacket and tie? I don't mind either way, but it would be handy to know where we stand. | |

should add that if you have a personal invite from chairman/ceo then that would be jacket/tie as it's sit down meal with the top brass from both sides the premier lounge/directors lounge is just smart formal

I was the only one who was wearing a suit and tie. It's smart casual, which excludes jeans and trainers, although your jeans might cost more than my suit. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

🤣🤣🤣🤣 You only need to see the people who go to the races to know that a shirt and tie does not mean decorum.

That is, of course, traditional for the FA Cup 3rd round, and definitely the way to go.
