| Had a feeling on 09:10 - Jan 2 by Blue_Heath | If we are being brutally honest has KM changed much? I think our position is more to do with Middlesboro's poor form and a drop off from Coventry. That said credit where it is due, the table doesn't lie but how will we cope with the pressure of being second now? |
Amazing. We’ve won 5 of our last 7 ffs and are top of the form table for the last 2 months. [Post edited 2 Jan 12:32]

Honestly think some of our fanbase are unable to just enjoy the team doing well.

Our fanbase? I remain unconvinced.

| Had a feeling on 10:52 - Jan 2 by Herbivore | That's over 2 ppg for us since the start of December, so it is a slight uptick from us given that we're just below 2 ppg since September (and that include the 8 games here where we've been above that marker). Boro and Cov are having the kind of dip we experienced early in the season and that was always likely to happen. Question will be whether they are good enough to get back to that magic 2 ppg level and whether we can sustain or improve on our current form. |
Interestingly its been 2pts per game since 1st November - best in the league, the Swansea reference doesn't look so good (made by a poster earlier) if you include November. Obviously still a long way to go, but its clear that over the past two months we've quietly got ourselves in a really good position. Hopefully we can kick on further from here, but I guarantee the minute we draw or lose a game the doomongers will be back spouting their usual drivel. They were moaning on social media after yesterdays game (as I previously mentioned one idiot describing it as "sh1t") so they are all readying themselves for the next set back (in their eyes)
| Had a feeling on 13:15 - Jan 2 with 176 views | bluefunk | This has been part of the plan from the off IMO, McKenna has learned from our two promotions (look at the results from mid December to Early Feb in both) that picking a “first eleven” from the off has its drawbacks once we start to hit loss of form, injury and illness at around this point of the season. Not only do we have players to come in who’ve played in the system but we have fewer injuries as a result of players getting proper rest through rotations. Our rivals are beginning to feel the effects of the Championship intensity, and while they may well gain a resurgence, we now have an opportunity. | | | |

Yes, but we wouldn't be top of it if everyone else had been winning their games. It is because the Championship is so weak, isn't it? Most seasons you would have 5 or 6 teams winning nearly all their games nearly all season wouldn't you? Sarcasm, btw, just in case it needs pointing out!
