I think teams have worked out how to stop them scoring, without goals it is tricky to win games! |
I watched the game today, Oxford hadn't worked out how to stop them scoring. A mixture of stout defending, putting their bodies on the line, luck and poor finishing we're the reasons for Cov not scoring. Cov had 73% of the ball and 23 shots.
Not disagreeing with your main point, I just think it's more Cov's confidence being shot, than them being worked out.

Cov are essentially having exactly the same sort of dip we had at the same time in our promotion season. Do not count them out very quickly getting back in form. | |
