I actually had them down as dark horses pre season! Most certainly didn't look like it till fairly recently. Like it or not they have a few good younger players who appear to now be finding their feet at Championship level. Play off contenders? They have 17 games left and 11 points to make up on Wrexham etc.
Currently on 6-match form they are doing 1 point worse than Wrexham, Hull and Millwall. So, even on their current charge, they are falling further away from them.
I can't see them doing 0.67 ppg better than the teams they are chasing even before the need for them to overhaul others ahead of them as well. |  |

On the 10 game form table they're doing quite a bit better than Wrexham and Millwall, which is seriously impressive. But yeah, they're going to run out of road. Can't believe the 30 game mark is almost upon us.
I do think they have a much better chance of top half than bottom three though.

Probably just the mix of emotions from last night. We all love a good chuckle when things are going wrong down the road. Last night is a very rare experience in our most recent history. I can't think of the last time I actively wanted Norwich to win and was that happy for them to make a comeback in a game! It may have happened in the last promotion season, but I don't remember it.
Get used to it, as it will probably be the same after their game against Boro.
Let's hope their bubble bursts straight after that, and they end up hovering between midtable, and the relegation zone. I expect they will have too much in the bank after their recent form to be sucked back into the relegation fight. |  | | |

They played Leicester in the lunchtime game on the same day we played Saints in the last promotion year and we were rooting for them then. They didn't do us a favour that day however so there was no dirty celebrating. | |

Oh please, leaving aside the fact that they rode their luck last night, they need another 40 points to even be in the conversation. That’s from 17 games, an average of 2.35 ppg, they can drop only 11 pionts in those 17 games. Ie lose 3 draw one. You really think that’s likely? |  | | |

Didn't see the game but the stats suggest it was very even, with Cov a bit ahead on xG but shots & shots on tgt identical.
If Nodge can stay on the lucky side next weekend then fall of the horse again that would be nice.
Also if Cov can stay mediocre for a while that would be nice too.
