The DoJ have, by their own admission, still only released 50% of the files. And of those 50%, many are redacted beyond what is legal.
The transparency act made it law to release 100%.

Epstein was a pedophile with money. Which, much like Savile with his influence and charity fundraising, made everybody (of a certain type) want to be his friend. These people on the grift are happy to ignore almost anything for a free lunch or a photo op with the famous.
From the look of things, Clinton seems to have been about as deeply involved as Trump.

What has happened is scandalous. What we must remember though is that Jimmy Saville was allowed to do his worst for many years. Mixing with the good and great and nothing was done until his demise.

It is a bit silly, if unsurprising, all this knee-jerk "they were mentioned in the files" shock horror stuff. After all someone as powerful and influential as Epstein is going to have plenty of innocuous dealings with others too, they aren't all going to be in on the dreadful secret. A bit like Jimmy Savile here - every 'sleb and politician of the day will have had a photo with him at some point.
As Times radio pointed out yesterday even GIllian Duffy ("that bigoted woman") gets a mention in the Epstein documents FFS. Mandy had emailed Epstein about the incident less than an hour after the news broke! | |
