I just wish we could guarantee that we will win against Wrexham next week, but the way we have been so unpredictable away from home this season I won’t be putting my mortgage on it. I just wish we were that good we could turn it on and off at will, but in all honesty we aren’t.

What a pathetic outlook, that’s embarrassing. Winning games breads confidence, I’d rather us stay in the competition and keep winning matches and progressing in the FA Cup as well as doing well in the league. Sorry, my outlook is completely different to yours thankfully. | |

Playing a weakened team and not giving 100% last night was probably the right decision given Ipswich are in a dog fight for top 2. (Although I do sympathise for the fans who travelled in terrible conditions)
The downside is McKenna has put himself under pressure now for there to be a big performance full of intensity on Saturday and if we get a repeat of last night's limp effort I dread to think how that's going to be received. [Post edited 14 Feb 10:06]

Forgetting the cup game Wrexham away is always going to be a difficult game. I would never be putting money on that game. I'm,m not even sure we would be favourites. There will be a higher chance of not winning i.e. combined odds of a draw or a loss is higher than a win. But we are a good team and we will go out to try and get the win. Both teams pushing for promotion. We don't have to lose the plot if we don't win. It will of course be annoying. | |
