Do you bother with it? If you do, what do you put on them?

For me as a little nod to my mum and a happy childhood memory, the first is always sugar and squeezed lemon juice. Hard to beat that. After that, the next (Mrs C makes small ones so we can try different things) receive a sprinkling of sugar and a generous drizzle of Cointreau.

Works better than most other things including limoncello which just didn’t work. She had a couple with hazelnut cream liqueur which she enjoyed.

My partner makes the smaller pancakes as well.
I go Ham and cheese for the savoury starter then a round of blueberries, whipped cream and maple syrup. Don't mind a banana and Nutella

I've just got some blueberries, raspberries, maple syrup, lemons and Greek yoghurt. I don't normally do this.

Edit. Made myself some hot raspberry jam and was very nice with the yoghurt

Far too much sugar and lemon was my go to when I was younger. Now Banana, topped with bacon and a really good maple syrup.
